Lester Sprouse, Office Managing Partner

With nearly 30 years of experience in auditing, accounting and financial reporting in the commercial, governmental and regulatory industries, Lester Sprouse leads the firm's Austin office.

Over the years, Lester has developed extensive experience working with the insurance, manufacturing, financial services, governmental and oil and gas industries. He has played an active role in litigation support engagements, financial reporting, and mergers and acquisitions for many publicly held, governmental and regulatory organizations. He also regularly serves as an expert witness, consulting and testifying in litigation support engagements.

Lester is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) and the Austin Chapter of TSCPA. He has also served as a former Technical Standards Review Committee member of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and as a former certified reviewer of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Peer Review Program.

Lester holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant.
