J. Leo Munoz, Accounting Practice Leader

Leo Munoz has more than 18 years of accounting and management experience in public accounting, in industry and as a business owner. He spent six years in public accounting in the audit department of a national public accounting firm, nine years in various director-level financial positions with a publicly held company, and three years as a partner in a real estate investment company.

Leo's varied experience includes providing audit and financial statement assurance services for both public and private companies, mergers and acquisitions, real estate investment valuations and cash-flowing modeling and benchmarking.

Leo is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from St. Mary's University, San Antonio, and is a Certified Public Accountant
