Denise Bendele, Audit Partner

Denise Bendele, an audit partner, leads the construction industry practice and Accounting Solutions Group for PS&Co. With more than 20 years experience in public accounting, Denise works with organizations in the construction industry as well as wholesale, retail and manufacturing companies.

Over the years, Denise has worked with closely held corporations, serving clients in various capacities, including construction financial statements, corporate taxation and strategic and profitability planning.

Denise is involved in a number of leading organizations including, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, American Subcontractors Association (ASA), Associated General Contractors (AGC). She serves on the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) National Budget and Finance Committee as the San Antonio Chapter finance advisor, and is the executive committee vice president for the Construction Industry CPAs and the Consultants Association (CICPAC). She also serves as a board member on the Texas Lutheran University Business Administration and Economics Advisory Board.

Denise holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from University of Texas at San Antonio. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst.
