Cyndi Mergele, SPHR, PI, Workforce Solutions Group Practice Leader

Cyndi Mergele is a human resource professional with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, high-tech, construction, not-for-profits and government contracting environments. Having worked for both multi-state and international companies, she has participated in start-up entities, global staffing and recruiting, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Cyndi has led strategic human resources planning initiatives, developed compensation and benefit programs, assisted with human resource-related litigation and provided retirement plan consulting. She is affiliated with numerous leading organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management, World at Work (formerly American Compensation Association) and the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.

Cyndi holds a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) professional certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute. She is also a licensed Private Investigator (PI).
