This systematic and customized approach places qualified candidates into key positions within your organization. It includes defining the position, locating candidates, conducting candidate assessments, and extending job offers.

When is this service appropriate?
Organizations seeking to fill key, hard to find, or executive positions.


Assessment for Selection

Includes a variety of services depending upon whether the job candidate is entry level, a supervisor/professional, or executive. Includes identification of potential strengths and weaknesses of the candidate and to look at their fit with the position. For higher-level positions, the focus is on key professional competencies such as critical thinking, project planning, interpersonal and communication skills. This process results in a report that summarizes the results and can be used as a coaching tool for the candidate.
