Job Description Development

Development of a job description involves gathering data pertaining to jobs, making exempt/non-exempt determinations, and subsequently develop job descriptions that meet your objectives and satisfy legislative requirements.

When is this service appropriate?
Although job descriptions may already be in place, they may be out of date, they may not consider the ADA and other regulatory requirements, and/or they may not be appropriately formatted to meet the needs of your organization.


Organization Planning & Evaluation

This services serves to assist your company improve organizational structure and management process. The primary focus is to strengthen the organization through making changes to organizational structure, positions, and business processes.

When is this service appropriate?
Organizations going through rapid or sudden changes in marketing, customers, ownership, technology, etc. may be caught off guard by the new demands placed upon it an its employees.

This approach is a methodical process to assist in the ownership succession planning for businesses. It assures that the organizational goals and needs are clearly reflected in the way the business is structures and handed off to subsequent generations of leadership.
