can use to improve communication, reduce conflict, and strengthen workplace productivity.
When is this service appropriate?
When an organization’s environment struggles with poor communication skills,
volatile tempers, or low productivity.
An assessment and feedback
process that gives teams and work groups a clear view of how and why their goals are
or are not being met. Provides extensive guidance
on optimizing and improving performance and productivity.
When is this service appropriate?
When teams are falling short of reaching their goals or maximizing
their potential. Also very effective for encouraging
cooperation and eliminating finger pointing and blame. Helps assure that organizational
resources are used
to best advantage.
An assessment that addresses concerns
about the competence, effectiveness, and career potential of the individual. This program
focuses on management skills. Each
program includes menial skills and psychological
testing, work simulations (role-play and in-basket) and a 1 ½ hour interview with
a certified human resources professional.
When is this service appropriate?
When organizations need to know how to develop the next generation
of executives or managers. Development planning should
include grooming candidates for higher levels of responsibilities. There is a
need to define these activities.
Assures that harassment policies are established and administered consistently throughout the organization.
Includes development of a proactive strategy that is designed to prevent harassment and limit liability.
When is this service appropriate?
Beneficial for any organization that does not currently have
a sexual harassment program in place or for organizations
that experience complaints of sexual harassment or a hostile workplace.
This program is designed to educate individuals on appreciating of “people differences” in
order to utilize the organization’s resources to the fullest potential; to recognize how styles,
values, and biases may influence actions and work relationships; to understand gender and cultural
differences and to communicate more effectively.
When is this service appropriate?
Beneficial for any organization that has not had formal training
on diversity issues.
