Strategic Planning

A long range planning process that results in the development of your organization’s mission, objectives, goals and strategies. This session focuses on future-oriented decisions, organization-wise matters, and environmental & market external factors. Strategic planning sessions can be tailored to meet your unique needs and budget.

When is this service appropriate?
Growth (or lack thereof) is usually the result of strategic planning. We help identify the critical issues facing your organization, the resources available, and the options for implementation. Strategic planning may include a focus on human resources for appropriate staffing, development, and other human resource related efforts to ensure strategic planning objectives are met.


Annual Business Planning

Annual business planning is a formal process, performed annually, that helps your organization develop a written business plan to direct your operations for a short-term period, typically one year.

When is this service appropriate?
If someone within your company has the need to communicate goals and/or objectives to an executive, middle management, or division team, a formalized business plan is the key ingredient. Also, this process will help gain buy-in from other key team players.


Partner Acquisition Search

Searches on this level are systematic in that their objective is to select a company for any form of partnership, such as a strategic alliance, joint venture, merger, or acquisition. It involves targeting and quantifying specific companies, determining your fit, and establishing an appropriate strategy to achieve plan goals.

When is this service appropriate?
Companies may be interested in increasing their business by forming an alliance with a corporate partner. Sometimes, management may be looking to expand or diversify into new markets by geographic location, market segmentation, or by acquiring technology.


Management Retreats

Retreats tend to be one to three days in duration. The main focus is on team building and targeted strategic discussions. Typically, these retreats are held off-site.

When is this service appropriate?
Typically, retreats are planned for companies who wish to focus on their vision, mission, conflict resolution, team building, diversifying the workplace, or other critical issues.
