PS&Co. works with clients to conduct reviews and compilations aligned with their business processes and objectives, in place of an audit. We provide these review and compilation services to smaller, closely held businesses. Our compilations focus on presenting financial statement information to our clients. Our reviews go further to include inquiries into company personnel and analytical procedures.

While reviews and compilations are less extensive in scope than traditional audits, they are both performed in accordance with the Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
