  Tax breaks in the Small Business Tax Package   This is a short outline of the changes from the Small Business Act (“SBA”). The SBA was included in HR 2206, the The U.S. Troop Readiness, Veterans' Care, Katrina Recovery, and Iraq Accountability Appropriations Act in 2007.
The main purpose of the Act was to provide $120 billion for war funding, but it also included these changes.
