Jim Carter, Dana Gasparek, Vicky Lockwood, and Joel Perez, Jr. became partners of the firm on August 1, 2009. 

Jim Carter, CPA, has more than 23 years experience in all phases of the accounting profession.  He is involved with tax compliance and consulting for the firm's manufacturing, retail, and distribution industry clients.  In addition, Jim provides international tax consulting.

Dana M. Gasparek, CPA, has more than 14 years experience in public accounting.  Her experience includes tax compliance and consulting for the firm's manufacturing, retail, and distribution industry clients.  Dana enjoys working with large family-owned businesses to develop tax opportunities for the business and family members.

Vicky Lockwood, CPA, has more than 20 years of accounting and management experience in both public accounting and the private sector.  She has provided services as an auditor and as a controller in a variety of industries, including governmental contractors, distribution, health care, manufacturing, professional services, real estate management, and not-for-profit.

Joel Perez, Jr., CPA, has more than 13 years of public accounting and industry experience, primarily serving the public sector.  Joel's experience includes servicing governmental, utility, and educational entities; employee benefit plans; and not-for-profit organizations.
