new team members with orientation training or offering soft skills
training for experienced team members, learning is always happening
at PS&Co.
New Hire Orientation Program
Each and every new hire to PS&Co. will follow an extensive
orientation program to introduce them to the Firm and its operations.
Professional Development Training
Throughout the year, various continuing education courses
are consistently available to every team member. A majority
of courses allow attendees to earn CPE credits to apply towards
their certification(s). Course topics range from technical
and technology to soft skill development in almost all service areas
such as Tax and Audit.
