Our detailed program prepares you for the workforce transition.
Also, it allows you an opportunity to see what it is like to work
for one of the Best Places To Work in San Antonio. Video

Audit and tax internships are offered each year during the spring
semester to qualified students. An internship at PS&Co. includes:
- Hands-on practice in audit and tax fields
- Face-to-face communication with clients
- A bi-weekly salary
- A potential full-time job once the internship program is complete
How does the internship process
work?
Interviews for the spring internship program begin
in September of the previous year. Offers for internships
are generally
made before Thanksgiving break.
Once the internship is awarded, and work begins, both
audit and tax
interns will
have training
sessions during
their first week.
They will also
be assigned to
a mentor who
will guide
them through
the internship.
Each intern will
be integrated
into all aspects
of the firm,
including monthly
firm meetings,
social activities,
and volunteer
activities.
What are the requirements?
