From 2003-2005, the Summer Games for Special Olympics was held in San Marcos, Texas. PS&Co. team members volunteered their time at the softball throw. In addition to marking balls thrown, measuring distance, and organizing players into groups, PS&Co. team members provided encouragement to the children. We enjoyed watching the extraordinary talent in each athlete, as well as the smiles and high fives.
