
Summary of Responsibilities:
An audit manager is
the liaison between
the partner,
the client, and
the professional
staff. Managers
are responsible
for managing
multiple auditing
and accounting
projects and
client engagements
simultaneously,
scheduling,
staffing, and
coordinating
engagement workflow.
Managers develop,
mentor, and train
staff. They also
make associations to
develop
new
business for
the firm.
Out of town travel: about 10% of the time
Salary Range: Based on experience
Qualifications:
- A minimum of six years experience in public accounting
- Hold a current and valid CPA license
- Proficiency in the use of computers and related audit technology
programs
- Current work experience in financial accounting and auditing
