PS&Co. University

PS&Co. University works to develop more than technical expertise - the program is focused on building a host of professional skills designed to take team members to the next level. PS&Co. University infuses the values of the firm into its program, engaging team members with its service-driven approach and culture.

The program encompasses curriculum that span leadership and management, professionalism, personal productivity, and a range of technical courses. Open to new employees and experienced practitioners alike, PS&Co. U focuses on expanding a range of professional skills-sets for team members at all levels of the organization. Courses range from business and writing grammar, networking, organization, time management, personal productivity and setting goals.

"We launched PS&Co. U with the intent of building our own, unique professional development program. Engaging our professionals with PS&Co.'s values, teaching the many soft-skills required for managing client relationships and developing leadership capabilities are the key objectives of the program and what sets it apart in our industry," said Denise Bendele, CPA, CVA, partner, executive committee member and leader of the construction industry practice at PS&Co.

PS&Co. U also offers graduate level programs for senior management.  The core of the program focuses on self development in leadership and management skills.  The Leadership Council was launched in January 2009 as the first graduate level program. The two year council engages peers in a dialogue on how to support and strengthen the firm's culture and execute against firm strategy.  The council works with a peer-led advisory board and support team to extend and increase leadership impact and learn leading-edge leadership strategies.
