Benefits Package	PS&Co. provides a comprehensive package with health, dental, life, vision, long-term care and disability benefits. Additional benefits include tuition reimbursement, 401(k), a cafeteria plan and an employer-sponsored 529 College Savings Plan.
Flexible, modified work schedules	Work schedules are customized for each team member based on the individual´s needs and number of employment hours per year.
Referral bonuses & Incentives	A recruiting bonus is paid to any team member who refers a full-time prospect hired by the firm. The firm also offers a customer referral incentive.

Education	PS&Co. provides a tuition reimbursement program to assist team members with costs associated with education. CPA bonus plan when a team member passes the CPA Exam, within guidelines, they receive a passing bonus to offset study courses and exam fees. Team members also receive a day off to study and additional days to take each part of the exam.
Continuous learning	All new team members attend a firm orientation, including specific training within their department. Ongoing education and professional development opportunities are provided through a combination of in-house training, RSM McGladrey Network programs and industry seminars.
Success through People performance program	This program actively involves team members in planning their own future and aligning their goals with the firm. Performance reviews and feedback are provided regularly throughout the year.
Firm awards	At the end of each year, team members are encouraged to recognize the efforts of their co-workers by voting for the following awards: Contribution, Salesperson of the Year, Professional Provider of the Year, Team Spirit and Internal Provider of the Year.
Culture	Team member appreciation is expressed in a variety of ways throughout the year including a food pantry, massages, Saturday lunches, weeknight dinners, ice cream socials, happy hours, holiday festivities and other celebrations.
